What the Parish Meeting Does
East & West Appleton Parish Meeting is run by elected members of the community over the age of 18. Their powers under the Local Government Act 1972 range from allotments to precepts.
Parish Meeting officers
The annual Parish meeting elects the Chairman and a Secretary.
The Parish has no financial income and does not set a precept
