Minutes  Appleton East & West Parish Meeting

Minutes 1/2023

1. Stephen Wyrill was re-elected, Chairman

2. Tanya Cook re-elected as parish clerk and RFO for the Parish

3. The meeting was declared quorate.

4. The minutes of the last meeting were approved. There were no matters arising.

5. Confirmation that there were no financial receipts or expenditures in 2022. And there was no intention to hold any monies in 2023. The parish comprises 35 households, but one in East Appleton is unoccupied. There are no community spaces or assets, and only three households abut a public highway. There is, therefore, no need for any funds. 

6. The parish does not have a bank account

7. The clerk is authorised to complete AGAR Form 1 with a Nil return.

8. The clerk authorised to ask for residents' email addresses

9. A Wix website has been created  for the Parish, and the address is https://www.appletoneastwest.org.uk/

10. The Clerk is to programme the next meeting for June / July 2023
